at the Madisonville Park in Madisonville, LA.
2026 Highlights
Giving Back
The Madisonville Gar Rodeo has made a tradition of donating the proceeds from the rodeo back into our community. This year we were able to make donations to Brooke It Forward, the St. Tammany Cancer Center New Heights Therapeutic Riding Center, and for the Christmas Lights for the Town Of Madisonville.

Morris Ed Bigner Dedication
The 2026 Madisonville Gar Rodeo was dedicated to Morris Ed Bigner. As a former organizer of the Madisonville Gar Rodeo, Morris Ed played a vital role in helping to keep this event alive for 50 years. A dedication ceremony was held at the rodeo to hoor Morris Ed, and all of his past support of the Madisonville Gar Rodeo.

Proceeds earned from the live auction will be donated to our beneficiary.
How We Make An Impact
Joyful Noise
With money raised at the 2024 Madisonville Gar Rodeo, we were able to donate $10,000 to New Heights Therapeutic Riding Center in order to purchase a new Audio & Speaker system for their arena.
Thanksgiving and Christmas Food Boxes
With a $9,000 donation from the 2024 Madisonville Gar Rodeo, the St. Tammany Cancer Center Transportation Program was able to provide gas cards to 360 patients to help provide them with the funds to travel to and from treatments.
Merry Christmas!!
With donations from the 2024 Madisonville Gar Rodeo, and other sponsors in the community, we were able to help 30 families during Christmas by distributing over 400 Christmas presents to 77 kids.
Light Up the Riverfront
Donations form the 2024 Madisonville Gar Rodeo were used to sponsor the Christmas Lights displayed on the riverfront of the Tchefuncte River, and at the Madisonville Ball Park.

It is not easy putting this event together...and it 's not cheap, either. If you would like to donate to the Madisonville Gar Rodeo through Casey Cares Community Charities it will assist in the financial support of growing this event. All money not spent on the overhead expenses of this event will be added to our charity donation. All donations are tax deductible. Thank you for your generosity!.
